Enhancement(resto) Shaman reapplies -Failed-

I´ve decided to reapply since my two friends now got the gear to start raiding Ulduar and Totc.

Raiding Experience:
Vanilla:MC,BWL,AQ25, a few bosses in Naxx 40
TBC: Everything up to Sunwell (Sunwell excluded)

Previous Guilds:
Suicide Squad in Vanilla on Deathwing EU
Hegira in TBC also on Deathwing EU

Reason for leaving:
Disbanding and server transfer

We are raiding four times a week (Monday,Wednesday, Friday, Sunday) from 19:30 to 23:30 game time.Invites will start 15 minutes earlier. Can you follow that?
Won´t be able to attend every sunday since im RPing with the Bloodpaw Clan

Are you familiar with your class and spec? How long have you been playing it and what is your general experience with it?

Since vanilla wow, only raided with my shaman since TBC though.
In TBC i was leading a small Kara raiding guild on the side.

Im willing to respec to resto if really need be, But my main aim is to raid as enhancement

Not yet :-) But raided with you twice now, both as resto and enhancement

Where did you hear about our guild and why do you want to join?
Well i want to join you do to your raid times and i like the mood you have in your raids and your not quitters.

How long have you been playing WoW?
Since open beta, with some breaks off some months here and there.

Do you have ventilo and are you able to use it?
indeed, danish accent though hehe

Do you have a stable connection and a good pc to handle 25man raids?

What do you expect from Raiding Force?
Enjoyable raids and hopefully some raid progression when the next patch comes.

What do you think you have to offer us by joining our guild?
A stable and flexible raider who dont whine (well if i do i keep it off the mic/chat:-)

What are,in your opinion,a raiders duties before a raid and during the raid?

Before a raid?: Get your flasks and show up on time and bring repair bots for those who forget to repair.
During a raid?: Fill your role and staying focused.

What is raiding for you?
WOW (well can´t say it any better than that, im a raider by nature)
